• Project Timeline: Estimated timelines will be shared at the project initiation. Delays due to pending approvals, insufficient inputs, or lack of response from the client will impact delivery time.
• Client Responsibilities: The client must provide necessary credentials, approvals, and timely feedback to ensure smooth project execution.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information and proprietary data.
• Intellectual Property: All creative assets, content, and strategies developed for the client will be owned by the client upon full payment.
• Third-Party Expenses: Any external expenses, such as ad spend on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or third-party tools, must be covered by the client.
• Performance Disclaimer: While we employ industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or ROI as digital marketing success depends on multiple external factors.
• Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day prior written notice. Any pending payments must be cleared before termination.
