• Project Cancellation: Clients must submit a written request for cancellation. Any completed work up to that point will be charged accordingly.
• Subscription Services: Retainer-based services require a minimum 30-day notice for cancellation.
• Ad Campaign Cancellation: If a client cancels an ongoing ad campaign, the remaining budget may be paused but will not be refunded.
• Early Termination Fees: If a client cancels a contract before its agreed tenure, an early termination fee may apply as per the agreement.
• No Refund on Delivered Work: Any work already completed and delivered before cancellation remains non-refundable.
