Swiss Citizens Rights Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this _____ day of ______, 20___, by and between the Government of Switzerland (“Government”) and the Swiss Citizens Association (“Association”).

Whereas, the Government is committed to upholding the rights and privileges of its citizens, and the Association seeks to ensure the protection and promotion of these rights; and

Whereas, both parties recognize the importance of establishing a formal agreement to delineate the rights and obligations of both the Government and the Association;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Section 1. Definitions
